No excuses – Train Hard – Oscar Pistorius double amputee at London Olympics 2012

25 year old South Africa`s Oscar Pistorius qualified for the semi-finals of the 400 metres at London Olympics 2012. He is the first double amputee to compete in an athletic event at the Olympics. He qualified for the semi-finals of the 400 metres by running season`s best of 45.44 seconds

He has both legs amputated below the knee and runs on carbon fibre blades.

Any reason guys not to train and train hard!
